- 1/4 cup coconut nectar honey or maple syrup works too. You could also try Stevia in a significantly smaller amount, go easy, because it is 200 times sweeter than sugar.

Instructions
Mix the nuts first, just a little bit in a food processor, and then add all the other ingredients. You want to leave some nuts in pieces for a crunchy texture, unless softer is preferred.
Remove when done and set aside in a bowl.
Option –Chocolate Halva - Add ¼ cup Carob Powder, or Cacao Powder to make chocolate halva
Scoop into balls with a cookie scoop, spoon, or roll in your hands to make balls about ½ to ¾ inch in diameter.
Last, roll the balls in sesame seeds, and serve, or store covered in the refrigerator. Can be made a day in advance.

Throw everything in a food processor (except. Make sure you soak and rinse your walnuts first. Soaking your walnuts is to soften them. Rinsing your walnuts removes the enzyme inhibitors and will make your final result taste better.
Process ingredients in your food processor until it become a smooth, cream-cheese-like consistency.
Serve this walnut pate on cucumber rounds. Slice an English cucumber into chunky rounds that resemble crackers. Spread the walnut pate mixture on top.

Instructions
Boil 4 cups of water with a pinch of salt
When the water boils, turn off the stove and place the quinoa.
Cover the pan and let it sit for 30 - 45 minutes (The grain will absorb the water)
Cool it down (usually leave in refrigerator overnight)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
