Ingredients
  • 1cup Almondsuse seeds if allergic
  • 1/2cup tahini
  • 1/4cup coconut nectarhoney or maple syrup works too. You could also try Stevia in a significantly smaller amount, go easy, because it is 200 times sweeter than sugar.
Instructions
  1. Mix the nuts first, just a little bit in a food processor, and then add all the other ingredients. You want to leave some nuts in pieces for a crunchy texture, unless softer is preferred.
  2. Remove when done and set aside in a bowl.
  3. Option –Chocolate Halva – Add ¼ cup Carob Powder, or Cacao Powder to make chocolate halva
  4. Scoop into balls with a cookie scoop, spoon, or roll in your hands to make balls about ½ to ¾ inch in diameter.
  5. Last, roll the balls in sesame seeds, and serve, or store covered in the refrigerator. Can be made a day in advance.
