Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients, except slivered almonds and goji berries, into food processor fitted with "S" blade and process.
  2. Roll dough using your hands to make 'witches' fingers.
  3. Put soaked goji berries in a food processor with an "S" blade and make a paste.
  4. Place a slivered almond as a fingernail on the end of each finger.
  5. Use toothpick to place goji berrie paste around fingernail.

  • 1/4 cup coconut nectar honey or maple syrup works too. You could also try Stevia in a significantly smaller amount, go easy, because it is 200 times sweeter than sugar.

  1. Mix the nuts first, just a little bit in a food processor, and then add all the other ingredients. You want to leave some nuts in pieces for a crunchy texture, unless softer is preferred.
  2. Remove when done and set aside in a bowl.
  3. Option –Chocolate Halva - Add ¼ cup Carob Powder, or Cacao Powder to make chocolate halva
  4. Scoop into balls with a cookie scoop, spoon, or roll in your hands to make balls about ½ to ¾ inch in diameter.
  5. Last, roll the balls in sesame seeds, and serve, or store covered in the refrigerator. Can be made a day in advance.

  1. place seasoning in food processor and process well
  2. add walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, and nama shoyu and process again
  3. add olive oil and enough water to blend so that the micture will stick together
  4. turn out into a large bowl
  5. add onion, celery, and salt
  6. shape into croquettes and place on teflex sheet
  7. place in dehydrator at 110 degrees for 3-4 hours
  8. carefully turn over while reoving teflex sheet and dehydrate for another 6 hours, or until dry on the outside.

  2. add first 4 ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  3. put on counter for 24 hours
  4. place in layer in a glass with blueberries, then yoghurt, then red berruest, then yoghurt, and then blueberries
