Instructions
  1. Chop kale into small pieces and add into large bowl
  2. Mix together dressing with kale
  3. Massage the dressing into the kale with your hands. This will soften it almost immediately.
  4. Add the diced avocado
  5. Drain and rinse the sunflower seeds and add them to the salad as well

  2. slice the cucumber 1/8 thick
  3. spread with sunny pate
  4. put the red pepper bits on top with a bit of parsley

  1. place seasoning in food processor and process well
  2. add walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, and nama shoyu and process again
  3. add olive oil and enough water to blend so that the micture will stick together
  4. turn out into a large bowl
  5. add onion, celery, and salt
  6. shape into croquettes and place on teflex sheet
  7. place in dehydrator at 110 degrees for 3-4 hours
  8. carefully turn over while reoving teflex sheet and dehydrate for another 6 hours, or until dry on the outside.
