Instructions
  1. slice the bananas very thin (about 1/8''). place banana slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  2. brush the slices with lemon juice that has been mixed with a little water. sprinkle with cinnamon. (this coating will give it a crisp "chip" texture
  3. Dehydrator: turn the dehydrator to 135*F and allow the bananas to dehydrate for 6 to 8 hours until they are as dry or crisp as you want them to be Oven: bake at 250 for approximately 1 1/2 hours, flipping them over halfway through

Instructions
  1. Mix the salt, lemon juice and olive oil for the marinade together and pour over the de-stemmed mushrooms
  2. Place the mushrooms on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate on 42 Celsius/110 Fahrenheit for approx 4 hours
  3. Meanwhile, to make the filling, process all the pesto ingredients to the desired consistency in a blender
  4. Once the mushrooms are ready, fill each one with the pesto sauce and serve

Instructions
  1. In a pot, combine sesame oil, celery, parsley, garlic, ginger, Stevia or dates, lemon juice, Bragg’s and water.
  2. Cut avocado in small chunks and add to broth.
  3. Add a pinch of cayenne.
  4. Sprinkle dill and scallions into broth
  5. Warm soup up at 125 – 130 F in dehydrator for 20 – 30 minutes.

  • Variation
  • 1. Substitute red pepper for parsnip, cilantro, basil and mint for dill, replace lemon juice with lime juice and add hot peppers or cayenne for a Thai flavor.
  • 2. Add curry for another variation.
