Instructions
Crust:
  1. blend in Cuisinart until well mixed but may not be totally smooth
  2. cover the bottom of a pie man with dried, shredded coconut
  3. press crust into pan and up sides (Optional: put in dehydrator at 105*F for 30 minutes)
  4. place crust in refirgerator
Filling
  1. blend until smooth in cusinart or blender.
  2. pour into crust and place in refigerator and let sit overnight

Instructions
  1. slice off the top, stem side, of the apple and then slice the apple into thin rounds, somewhere between 1/8'' to 1/4'' thick. a mandoline slicer works best so they are all the same thickness.
  2. remove the seeds, or the whole core. peel can be left on or taken off.
  3. toss the sliced apples with sinnamon and sugar (optional) and arrange in a single layer in your dehydrator or onto a parchment paper or lined baking pan.
  4. Dehydrator: turn the dehydrator to 135*F. allow the apples to dehydrate for 6-8 hours or until they are dried and as crisp as you want them to be. Oven: preheat the oven to 200*F. bake the apple slices for 1 hour, then flip them and allow to bake for another 1 to 2 hours until the chips are no longer moist. flipping occasionally.

  1. slice the bananas very thin (about 1/8''). place banana slices on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  2. brush the slices with lemon juice that has been mixed with a little water. sprinkle with cinnamon. (this coating will give it a crisp "chip" texture
  3. Dehydrator: turn the dehydrator to 135*F and allow the bananas to dehydrate for 6 to 8 hours until they are as dry or crisp as you want them to be Oven: bake at 250 for approximately 1 1/2 hours, flipping them over halfway through

  2. add first 4 ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
  3. put on counter for 24 hours
  4. place in layer in a glass with blueberries, then yoghurt, then red berruest, then yoghurt, and then blueberries
