Ingredients
Crust:

cups
soaked walnuts
you can substitute almonds, pecans, etc…

raisins
you can substitute dates
1 1/2
cups
sun dried coconut
cinnamon and salt
to taste
Filling

flesh of young coconuts

bananas

cup
coconut oil
(approximately)

juice

Instructions
Crust:
blend in Cuisinart until well mixed but may not be totally smooth
cover the bottom of a pie man with dried, shredded coconut
press crust into pan and up sides (Optional: put in dehydrator at 105*F for 30 minutes)
place crust in refirgerator
Filling
blend until smooth in cusinart or blender.
pour into crust and place in refigerator and let sit overnight
