Cauliflower and Pea Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 28 ounces riced cauliflower frozen
- 3 lb frozen peas
- 1 large turnip shredded
- 2 Red Peppers chopped
- 6 mushrooms sliced
- 2 persia cucumbers shredded
Dressing
- 2 ripe avocadoes
- 1/2 cup dried parsley
- 2 squirts braggs liquid amino
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 cup Water

Instructions
- blend dressing ingredients together in a food processor, and mix into salad
- serve over a bed of arugala.

- process walnuts, cacao, salt. then add dates to bind together. I will sometimes roll into balls but this time i pressed it into a lined pan and sliced "bars". i topped with cacao nibs (for extra energy) and goji berries (for added vitamin C and antioxidants too)

- blend all ingredients until smooth. if using frozen raspberries, enjoy right away. or, if using fresh raspberries, chill the mixture in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

- 4-5 tablespoons nut butter or sesame tahini
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 10-15 drops liquid stevia extract

- in a food processor, combine all ingredients and sweeten to taste. add enough nut butter/ tahini to bring the mixture together. for the mixture into desired shapes and dehydrate overnight or eat as is.
