Instructions
  1. place seasoning in food processor and process well
  2. add walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, and nama shoyu and process again
  3. add olive oil and enough water to blend so that the micture will stick together
  4. turn out into a large bowl
  5. add onion, celery, and salt
  6. shape into croquettes and place on teflex sheet
  7. place in dehydrator at 110 degrees for 3-4 hours
  8. carefully turn over while reoving teflex sheet and dehydrate for another 6 hours, or until dry on the outside.

  1. process walnuts, cacao, salt. then add dates to bind together. I will sometimes roll into balls but this time i pressed it into a lined pan and sliced "bars". i topped with cacao nibs (for extra energy) and goji berries (for added vitamin C and antioxidants too)

  1. Vegetables: Prepare vegetables and combine all ingredients in large size bowl. Place ½ or so of the mix into a food processor and blend until pureed. Return puree to diced vegetables and toss well. Nut Meat: Place all ingredients into food processor and pulse until crumbly. You don’t want to over blend or it will be a paste. Serve: Place vegetable chili in bowls and top with nut meat adding any additional garnishes you like.
