- 2 cups raw Quinoa Tri color Grains recommended
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 English cucumber
- sprouts
- olive oil
- Himalayan salt
- Dulse, Kelp
- lime juice

Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water with a pinch of salt
- When the water boils, turn off the stove and place the quinoa.
- Cover the pan and let it sit for 30 - 45 minutes (The grain will absorb the water)
- Cool it down (usually leave in refrigerator overnight)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
