Ingredients
- 1 box Olivia's Organic Spring Mix
- 1 cup cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup Carrots shredded
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 Red Pepper sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup raw almonds sliced
- sesame seeds

Instructions
- Put all ingredients except almonds and sesame seeds in a serving dish and toss.
- Spread almonds and sesame seeds on top before serving.
- Dress with Sesame ginger dressing.
