Banana Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 cups soaked walnuts you can substitute almonds, pecans, etc...
- 2 cups raisins you can substitute dates
- 1 1/2 cups sun dried coconut
- cinnamon and salt to taste
Filling
- 3 flesh of young coconuts
- 3-4 bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (approximately)
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 lemons zests
- 1 lime zest

Instructions
Crust:
- blend in Cuisinart until well mixed but may not be totally smooth
- cover the bottom of a pie man with dried, shredded coconut
- press crust into pan and up sides (Optional: put in dehydrator at 105*F for 30 minutes)
- place crust in refirgerator
Filling
- blend until smooth in cusinart or blender.
- pour into crust and place in refigerator and let sit overnight
