Ingredients
- 1 cup Hulled Sunflower Seeds (out of the shell)
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chipotle powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Spanish smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon raw honey maple syrup works too!
- 1/3 cup Water for processing
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Diced celery for the crunch

- Blend ingredients together
- Want it spicier and less sweet? Cut the sweetener in half. Want it sweeter, and less spicy, cut the spice in half.
- Enjoy in a salads, wraps, sushi, in tacos, on crackers, or as a dip.
