- 3 cup Hulled Sunflower Seeds Soaked 4-8 hours
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 squirts Bragg’s Amino
- 1 T Komba or Dulse Sea Weed Flakes
- 1 cup Diced celery

Instructions
- Soak the sunflower seeds for 4-8 hours and rinse
- Process the sunflower seeds, water, lemon juice, Braggs Amino, and Sea Weed flakes in a food processor until thick and creamy
- Put pate in large bowl and add the celery
- Mix all together and use the tuna on dehydrated crackers or on cucumber slices
