- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 garlic, onion, or scallion

- Strip kale off the stem. Wash, squeeze, and massage
- add lemon, tahini, and nutritional yeast
- keep massaging for 1 more minute
- add onion, garlic, or scallion to taste.
