• 1 cup blueberries frozen, organic
• 3 tablespoons Lifestyle Genesis powder 6 if challenged
• 1 cup pomegrante juice not made from concentrate
• 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 4 Medjool dates pitted and chopped
• 1 cup coconut yoghurt So plain unsweetened
• 1 banana optional
