- 2-3 raw zucchini, peeled and spiralized
- 2 1/2 cup soaked cashews
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

- Mix the ingredients except the zucchini in the Vitamix blender until smooth
- Combine with zucchini
- Optional: Chopped Walnuts and/or peppers, shredded carrots, sprouts, legume, or horseradish
