Sweet Potato Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potato peeled and chopped
- 1 avocado pitted and sliced
- 1 tablespoon Miso Tamari
- 1 ginger knob finely chopped
- 1/2 cup leek chopped
- 1 cup hot water
- dash sea salt and pepper
- 2 cups corn fresh or thawed

Instructions
- Blend in a blender all ingredients, except corn, until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Pour into a serving bowl and garnish soup with corn.
