The Eat to Thrive meditation and plant-based lifestyle gave me the best energy I’ve had for years of trying a great number of approaches. Eat to Thrive enlightened me on the healthy path to follow. I’ve achieved my objective for listening and learning and keeping a gratitude journal including following Boo’s 5 keys to joy. My buddy, Boo, has been extremely helpful and supportive in my journey to health. Due to the challenges of moving the last two months after 50 years in one home, my objective of regular juicing was delayed until I now receive and drink thawed wheatgrass from Dynamic Greens daily.
