The impact of Eat to Thrive on my personal life has been remarkable. I keep learning and, most especially, feeling more comfortable preparing raw food recipes. That in itself is a huge improvement.
I’m grateful for the little Eat To Thrive recipe book we received, for its simplicity, has enabled me to work with these recipes. It has become a friend and guide, as I journey into the wonderful world of raw foods.
