Instructions
  1. Wash kale and strip from stalk
  2. Crush the thyme
  3. Bring the: olive oil, thyme, salt, and cumin to mix together. Add the kale mixing it by hand
  4. Put in the dehydrator for about 2 1/2 hours
  5. Enjoy!

  1. Chop 1 cup walnuts in food processor until well chopped but definitely not powdery; keep some texture to them. Set aside, mix in the cinnamon.
  2. Put remainder of walnuts and other ingredients into food processor. Keep processing until it starts to form a wonderfully oily glob of a ball.
  3. Hand roll this mixture into separate balls, about 20-25 of them. Roll the balls around in the chopped walnut mixture.
  4. After above, roll the balls in the coconut flakes

  1. Soak the sunflower seeds for 4-8 hours and rinse
  2. Process the sunflower seeds, water, lemon juice, Braggs Amino, and Sea Weed flakes in a food processor until thick and creamy
  3. Put pate in large bowl and add the celery
  4. Mix all together and use the tuna on dehydrated crackers or on cucumber slices

  1. Soak the cashews in water for 4 to 6 hours. Rinse and drain.
  2. Shred carrots
  3. puree garlic
  4. To make the cheese sauce, combine the cashews, carrots water, nutritional yeast, chile powder , lemon juice,salt,cumin,and cayenne in a hight-performance blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Wash and towel-dry the kale, remove stems (save for juicing) and put it in a large bowl.
  6. Toss the kale with sauce , making sure all the sauce is clinging to the leaves.
  7. Place the leaves ondehydrator trays. Dehydrate at 105 degrees until completely crisp, about 12 hours.

Instructions
  1. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes for an hour
  2. Marinara Sauce Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the S blade and process until smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Sauce will keep for 3 days
  3. Lasagne Thinly slice zucchini lengthwise into long, wide noodles (using a mandoline/sharp knife)
  4. Place spinach in a food processor fitted with the S blade and pulse until finely chopped
  5. Coat the bottom of a small square container with 2 tblsp of the Marinara sauce and arrange a third of the zucchini noodles in a layer over it
  6. Top with 2 tblsp of Marinara sauce and adda layer of half of the avocado
  7. Top with half of the spinach and press with spatula
  8. Repeat this layering process
  9. A third of the zucchini and 2 tblsp of Marinara sauce should remain
  10. Layer zucchini on top and cover with sauce
