I can set this up so different content displays depending on what the user chooses. If they choose Eat to Thrive Waltham we can have different fields than Brooklyn. We can also have separate questions for Teacher Certification Vs. Audit. Vs Student. Audit wouldn’t need to fill out the entire form, we already should have them on file.
